The late Carlyle Bosland graduated from UWI in the year 1969, and founded the Careng Group in January of 1972. He was continuously engaged in the Local Construction Sector for over 50 years before his passing in April 2020. Throughout his entire career, Carlyle has shown that with motivation and a passion for engineering, there is no limit to what we can provide to our customers.

Kami Bosland is an accomplished executive with 25 years of progressive sales, marketing and business management experience. After having worked at Careng Group in his youth he returned to the firm as its Managing Director in 2020. In his new role he plans on building on the company's commitment to excellence and to consistently exceed customer's expectations.

Andre joined our firm as an apprentice Civil/ Structural Engineer in 2001 and continued his apprenticeship in 2002 and 2003, and he became a permanent member of staff in 2006. In 2012 Andre was given a Managerial role and in June 2020 he was promoted to the position of Director of Engineering.

Arnold joined Careng Group Limited in 1981 as a trainee draughtsman. While in that position, he worked on numerous projects where he gained an enormous amount of experience.

In 2012, Mr. Branche was appointed Chief Engineering Technician and continues to hold the position with pride, working alongside our engineers and also leading and guiding our junior engineering department.

Johnny has served Careng well, joining the family in 2002 and faithfully growing with the company for the past twenty (20) years as an Engineering Technician. In January 2022, he was promoted to Senior Engineering Technician.

Joseph joined our technical team in 2002 as an Engineering Technician and has been growing with the company for the past twenty (20) years. Most of our Civil Design projects, both completed and currently in the field, were drawn by Joseph as Civils Drawing is his strength. Another dedicated and loyal employee.

Abeni joined Careng Group Limited as a site Civil Engineer in 2020, particularly for the projects being undertaken in South Trinidad.

Ms. Marcano is a graduate of UTT in the year 2014, where she published a research paper with IntechOpen publisher London, UK titled “Artificial Neutral Network- Genetic Algorithm Prediction of Heavy Metal Removal Using Plant-Based Biosorbent Floret: Kinetic, Equilibrium, Thermodynamics and Desorption Studies”. Since graduating she has been working the construction sector.

Shirniece is a full time Junior Accountant, who joined the Careng family in 2022.

She studied Applied Engineering in her earlier years at the University of Trinidad and Tobago with experience in drawing plans and engineering procedures.

She recently got certified with London International College with Distinctions in Accounting.

Before becoming part of the Careng family, Rhonda trained and specialized in Customer Service. In 2007 she was employed at Careng, as an administrative assistant, particularly for the construction of the Vieux Fort Residential Apartments in St. James, where the firm was the Construction Manager and Civil Structural Engineers.

Later on, in 2012, she was promoted to and still currently holds the position of Office Manager.
